For 400 years The Highwayman Inn has served the passing trade going north out of Cirencester on the old Ermin Way towards Gloucester.
As long ago as the 16th century it was a highly respected coaching inn - a fact echoed by the marvellous carriage in the car park.
Located half way between Cheltenham and Cirencester, it is an ideal place to stay if you are visiting the Cotswolds. The Inn has lovely letting rooms, bar, and a restaurant with patio doors leading out to a beer garden. The Highwayman caters for a wide range of customers including the local community, families, holiday makers and business people. We also have good disabled access and facilities to accommodate wheelchairs.
We can cater for all different types of events, whether it is for a small family gathering or a larger occasion such as a wedding. For more information please call Mark Turner on 01285 821221.
